The management of venous disease is one of major focuses of my clinical practice. As a member of the Thai Venous Forum (TVF), a division of the Thai Vascular Association, I have had the opportunity to speak at several TVF-organized conferences. I am also interested in peripheral vascular disease and completed hands-on endovascular training with Dr. Takuya Haraguchi at the Sapporo Heart Center (Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan) from September 2023 to October 2024. I often encounter challenging venous disease. At LINC 2025, I presented a case of venous stenting for isolated femoral vein stenosis. At JET 2025, I presented a case of a superior mesenteric arteriovenous fistula.
